Privacy Policy

LoadSweep is a Chrome extension that helps carriers mark selected orders Picked Up or Delivered on the Central Dispatch dispatch board. LoadSweep is independent and is not affiliated with Central Dispatch.

What stays on your computer

LoadSweep runs inside your own logged-in Central Dispatch tab. The order details it reads there, such as order numbers, routes and ETA dates, are used only to carry out your run. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. Your settings, run history, audit log and panel position are stored in your browser on your computer. You can clear the history from the History tab, or by removing the extension.

LoadSweep never asks for your Central Dispatch password and does not store it.

What leaves your computer, and only when you choose it

License key. If you enter a LoadSweep license key, the extension sends the key and a random install name (for example, loadsweep-ab12cd34) to Lemon Squeezy, our payment and licensing provider, to activate, check or deactivate the license. Lemon Squeezy handles your payment details and billing email under its own privacy policy. We do not see your card number.

Whitelist email. If you type your email into the optional whitelist form on the LoadSweep welcome page or website, it is sent to Formspree, which delivers it to us so we can email your install link and product updates. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising or credit decisions. We do not run analytics or tracking in the extension, and it does not load code from any server.

Browser permissions

LoadSweep asks Chrome for storage (to keep your settings and license record on your device), notifications (to tell you when a run finishes), access to app.centraldispatch.com (where it works), and access to api.lemonsqueezy.com (license checks).

Children

LoadSweep is a business tool and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the new version at this address.
